8:30am - back in Singapore at Golden Mile complex.. ok.. the Malaysia tour is over.. but still the plot continues..

we were obviously hungry after the long night.. JH suggested a traditional kopi tiam nearby.. which makes his favourite toast.. i had my half-boiled egg.. which i had been wanting to eat at Penang but did not because i was afraid of bird diseases.. not so safe to eat uncooked eggs.. ok.. so the toasts were quite good.. and relatively cheap too.. we probably had 8 slices of toasts among ourselves.. 3 eggs.. 2 coffees.. and it only came up to about S$5-6.. must come back again some time in the future..

next we went to a nearby food centre.. where i ordered carrot cake.. sort of in a way to cure my "traumatic" experience at KL.. the carrot cake fried with bean sprouts.. so i got to savour my favourite type of carrot cake.. all black and sweet.. and no bean sprouts.. whaha..

go home loh! but kena psycho-ed by JH to take MRT with him.. even though i really wanted to take bus because my student e-concession still not expired..

oh well.. nothing beats home.. onward home.. and so ends the saga..
