Graduation day!.. not..

my ceremony is on the 5^th.. though i won't be attending my own ceremony.. but i accepted my friend's invitation to his ceremony the day before.. perhaps i should name this column "Friend's Graduation" instead..

was a good experience nonetheless.. even though i was sitting alone on the upper tier.. i took a photo of the view i was getting up there..

there were crappy interviews of graduants who gave crappy answers.. not at all funny.. not at all intelligent.. to me the ceremony was nothing more than a show to boost the egos of those proud parents of the graduants.. which of course does not concern me.. watching today's ceremony made me more certain that i would not want to attend my own the next day..

anyways.. i brought my graduation robe along and took photographs with a few good friends that day.. i feel lucky to have friends in different fields.. computational science.. physics.. chemistry.. and i in materials.. quite a motley bunch ain't it.. did not have the chance to take photos with all i know and hold dear.. but i trust the time will come again upon my next graduation to bring together my best friends..

won't be posting my photos here.. hate to see my face on the web so too bad.. that's all folks! watch out for this space in 2011..
