the day must come when loved ones depart.. today is that day fate ends.. and so does a long standing relationship.. (okok.. only about 2 years..)

but still.. my best wishes to my dear friend who has gone through many hard times with me.. through the times of final year project.. crap projects and what not.. all the fun we had together.. all the entertainment you have provided me.. traveling to highlands and back..

without you.. i cannot think what kind of dull life i would have led.. so i must say that even though our fate together must cease.. i hope it will not be the last time i hear about you.. may you excel and prosper and find good use in whatever new life you will be experiencing in the remaining years of your short life..

The documentary talks about how creatures survive and thrive through adaptation.
Apparently, one of the strongest features of Homo sapiens is our uncanny sense of co-operation. Man have strong ability to develop trust and friendship among peers as part of the fight for survival.
That, of course, eventually leads to conflicts in a struggle for power..
In a way, i suppose we are exchanging trust as we would money.. we get nothing free in this world ya.. who wants my cash?
